Less Waste, Safer Loads!

The QL Automatic Stretch Wrapper wraps up to 45 loads per hour, wraps loads tighter with less film and secures the load to the pallet.

Extended Wrap Height
Increase the wrap heights of your loads. Replace the 2032 mm (80") mast with a 2794 mm (110") mast. Increase the speed of the turntable to 25 rpm.

High Speed Package
Increase the speed of the turntable to 25 rpm.

Load Seeking Clamp
Eliminates the beginning film tail. Replaces the jam clamp with a vacuum clamp that pivots out to the load.

6,000 LB Capacity Conveyor
Increase the weight capacity of the turntable to 2721 kg (6000 lbs).

Cold Package
Cold Package option allows efficient operation of stretch wrapper in an environment where the temperature range is 0 to -12 degrees Celsius (+31 to +10 degrees Fahrenheit).

Modular Electric Top Platen
Stabilizes tall, lightweight or unstable loads during the wrap cycle.

Turntable Washdown
Use water at "city pressure" to clean the turntable. Make sure that the water can drain from the area.
