Lantech offers on-site programs to provide associates the opportunity to advance. The Learning Skill Progression is designed to provide a clear path to advancement in every manufacturing position so you can achieve your career goals.

LEAP is a free program that gives our associates the opportunity to grow their skill in industrial engineering and move forward in career goals. The key attribute we look for in a new employee is a willingness to learn and constantly improve.
