Our Case Erectors produce square cases and don’t jam

Machine jams often happen at transition points through the erecting process. To combat this, the components of each Lantech case erector work in concert to produce solid, square cases, without jamming.

Beacon
Colored lights indicate the status of the machine, blanks supply, and tape or hot melt supply.

Outfeed Height Extension
The outfeed height can be extended over a wide range.

Tape Head Storage Bracket
Holds additional tape head.

75mm (3") Tape Head
Applies 750 mm (3") wide tape. Replaces standard 50 mm (2") tape head.

Extended Magazine
Increases the number of blanks the magazine holds.

Short Magazine
For application in narrow areas, decreases the number of blanks the magazine holds.

Acoustic Signal
An alarm sounds to indicate the presence of a fault condition.
