Lantech Case Sealers Keep Cases Square

Square cases pack, stack and protect products better. If cases are not square, they can become unstable when stacked and are more prone to being crushed, potentially causing damage to the product during shipment. Just as Lantech case erectors use our unique Total Control System to compensate for blank construction variations and form a perfectly square case, so do our case sealers. Locking in the shape to preserve the effort and investment you have made in erecting a square case and packing it properly.

Beacon
Colored lights indicate the status of the machine, blanks supply, and tape or hot melt supply.

Non-Standard Case Dimension

Tape Head Storage Bracket
Holds additional tape head.

75mm (3") Tape Head
Applies 75 mm (3") wide tape. Replaces Standard 50 mm (2") tape head.

Acoustic Signal
An alarm sounds to indicate the presence of a fault condition.
