The Q Automatic Stretch Wrapper is our entry level, turntable stretch wrapper.

Comes standard with fencing and a variety of other safety features. The machine can wrap up to 45 loads per hour, and are easy to use, safe and reliable.

30” Film Delivery System
For customer applications where 30” film is used.

90 Degree Infeed Conveyor Standard Flow
With the mast at 12 o’clock product flows from 6 o’clock to 9 o’clock. Note: System speed will be decreased.

90 Degree Exit Conveyor Standard Flow
With the mast at 12 o’clock product flow is from 3 o’clock to 6 o’clock. Note: System speed will be decreased.

90 Degree Infeed Conveyor Reverse Flow
With the mast at 12 o’clock product flows from 6 o’clock to 3 o’clock. Note: System speed will be decreased.

Increase the wrap height of your loads
Replace the 2032 mm (80") mast with a 2540 mm (100") or a 3556 mm (140") mast.

Load Seeking Clamp
Eliminates the beginning film tail. Replaces the jaw clamp with a vacuum clamp that pivots out to the load.

Modular Electric Top Platen
Stabilizes tall, lightweight or unstable loads during the wrap cycle.

Pallet Grip®
Makes a "cable" of film that locks the load to the pallet. The film cable decreases the risk of damage during shipment.

Turntable Washdown
Use water at "city pressure" to clean the turntable. Make sure that the water can drain from the area.

Power Roller Stretch Plus - Film Delivery System (FDS)
Senses and adjusts the wrap force to the changes in the tension on the film. It is for a turntable speed more than 12 rpm, for very light or fragile loads, or for exact control of the wrap force.
