LOUISVILLE, KY — Lantech automatic stretch wrappers run 24/7 in real world environments and are backed by our superior global after-market support.

They deliver more uptime and can ensure your loads get from point A to point B in as made condition at the lowest cost and lowest carbon footprint.

Our relentless commitment to innovation and delivering superior value to our customers has led us to announce that we are upgrading and streamlining our automatic stretch wrapper product line.

Our most technologically advanced QL, SL, and SL High Speed LeanWrap® Automatic Stretch Wrappers will now come with the next generation of Metered Film Delivery® which builds upon the current performance with precision control for all load sizes, maintaining a consistent containment force per revolution, resulting in even fewer film breaks and lowering film consumption. The next generation of Metered Film Delivery minimizes the downtime associated with stretch wrapping loads and helps to achieve the lowest carbon footprint.

The QL, SL, and SL High Speed LeanWrap Automatics will continue to come with our other LeanWrap Technologies – Load Guardian® and Pallet Grip®. The SL and SL High Speed LeanWrap Automatic stretch wrappers will also continue to come with Load Seeking Clamp® 4.0.

Lantech’s LeanWrap machines are designed to maximize productivity and performance, while delivering safe-to-ship loads every time at the lowest carbon footprint.

Our Legacy Automatic Stretch Wrapper will now come standard with more features to lower our customers’ costs and improve their productivity:

  • The Q Automatic will now include Power Roller Stretch Plus film delivery system – delivering better corner compensation to keep from crushing products with increased pre-stretch; and Pallet Grip – a LeanWrap Technology that locks loads to the pallet with a film cable to prevent loads from sliding off their pallet during shipment
  • The S Automatic will now include Load Seeking Clamp 4.0 – a LeanWrap Technology that is engineered specifically to reduce film breaks and film pull-outs at the start of the wrap cycle, both significant sources of downtime; and an updated user interface.

The Q and S Legacy Automatics are designed to fit the needs of the entry-level, low volume, price sensitive buyer.

LINC®, an IoT solution, will now be available as an option on all LeanWrap and Q & S Legacy automatic stretch wrappers. LINC provides actionable analytics and enables your equipment to send real-time notifications to any device anytime, anywhere, to keep your production on track.
