When you weigh your stretch wrapped loads as a final check before shipping, you can help prevent underweight loads from ever leaving your loading dock. Weighing loads and comparing the weight to your pick list also helps you to verify that your pallet loads are complete and accurate. You can easily pull aside any loads that weigh more or less than your standard.
Weighing your loads before they leave can also help protect your brand reputation if items are pilfered during transit. Being able to prove that you shipped the proper amount of goods makes it clear any loss didn’t occur before the pallet left your loading dock.

Automating your stretch wrapping can seem like a tall order, but even incremental automation can have a big impact.
