Most customers feel that 15 loads per day can justify the purchase of a pallet wrapper. However, because hand wrapping is physically demanding on employees, many plants with lower production rates also purchase Q-300 stretchwrapping machines.

The Q-300XT turntable film wrapper has saved many customers hours of forktruck and operator time every day! The forktruck operator does not have to wait for their loads to be wrapped and they do not have to get off the forktruck. They start the stretch wrapping cycle with a remote START lanyard switch option...and they are done. The stretch film is automatically attached and cut. The operator is free to do other things in the plant.
Customers wrapping between 30-100 loads per day find that the Q-300XT stretch film wrapper improves their overall productivity. If you don't have a steady production flow, but instead your pallets need to be wrapped during a few hours, the Q-300XT film wrapper can wrap as many as 40 loads per hour.

The Q-300XT Plus stretch wrapper is always "open and ready" to wrap the next load. Load accumulation conveyor eliminates double-handling of loads, expedites flow to and from the wrapper and reduces product damage. The operator conveniently activates the wrap cycle from their forktruck with remote START lanyard switch. The stretch wrapping film is automatically attached and cut, allowing the operator to do other tasks.
Customers can wrap 30-100 loads per day with one less forktruck and one less operator, compared to a single turntable stretch wrapper, it eliminates the confusion of staging loads and saves valuable floor space.

The Q-1000 automatic conveyorized stretch wrapper can operate as a free-standing unit or be integrated into a high volume, conveyorized operation.
